refer to the following keys and press the corresponding key during startup to enter the BIOS:
For assembled PCs, it varies by motherboard: ASUS press F8, Intel press F12, other brands press ESC, F11, or F12.
For laptops, it varies by brand: Lenovo ThinkPad series press F1, other brands press F2.
For branded desktops, it varies by brand: Dell press ESC, others press F12.
If you still cannot enter the BIOS, consult the computer (motherboard) manual or refer to a tutorial on how to enter BIOS settings.
Enter the BIOS and select the Configuration option. For Intel CPUs, choose [Intel Virtual Technology]. For AMD CPUs, choose [SVM Mode]. Note: If the VT option is not available or cannot be modified, it means your computer does not support VT technology.

The option will now change to Enabled. Finally, press the F10 key to save and exit, enabling the VT feature.
For AMD CPU: Press [F8] during startup to enter the BIOS interface. Click on [Advanced Mode] to access the settings interface. Locate the [Advanced tab] and set the [SVM Mode] option to [Enabled]. Then, press [F10] to save and exit.

Press [F2] during startup to enter the BIOS interface, then click on [Advanced Mode] in the bottom right corner or press [F7] to enter Advanced Mode.
On the Advanced Mode page, select the [Advanced] tab, then navigate to [CPU Configuration] under the [Advanced] tab.
Change the [Intel (VMX) Virtualization Technology] from Disabled to Enabled.
